Truman College Strategic Plan

Truman College Strategic Plan 2010-2012

The 2010–2012 Strategic Plan provides a framework for continuous quality improvement throughout Truman College over the next three years. It describes how the plan was developed, states our long-term strategic priorities and goals, and provides the measures that will be used monitor and measure progress. It is the result of a campus-wide effort and the diligent work of the Strategic Planning Committee.

The goals of the planning process:

  • To align the activities of the college to the Truman College mission and vision statements.
  • To improve communication between the administration and the rest of the college community.
  • To expand our understanding of Truman's activities.
  • To become more data-driven in our decision-making.
  • To strengthen commitment to the college's mission and vision.
  • To create a process that works within the framework of planning processes at the district and state levels.

This website will be used to communicate the activities of the Strategic Planning Committee and to provide the status of our progress toward achieving the goals laid out in the 2010-2012 Strategic Plan.
